Gardian & Olivier: These fresh cheeses are drained in different sized forms, producing semi-firm cheeses that can be sliced or crumbled. They are drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, Herbes de Provence, fresh ground black pepper and pink peppercorns (4 oz and 8 oz sizes).

Herb Log: Fresh, hand-rolled, award-winning log decorated with a sprig of fresh, seasonal herbs, usually Rosemary, Lemon Thyme or Tarragon and pink peppercorns (5 oz).

Boulette: Award-winning 5 oz. ball of fresh chevre rolled in fresh hand-chopped Tarragon, Parsley and Chives.

Feta: Traditional tangy, greek-style cheese. Dry salted. Perfect on salads.
